Privacy policy.

This page explains what personal information Thesis Marketing Inc. collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Thesis Marketing Inc., 6071 Boundary Drive East, Surrey, British Columbia V3X 2C3, Canada. For any privacy question, email contact@thesis.marketing.
What we collect
- When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy.
- When you open or click one of our emails: some emails we send contain a small tracking image and tracked links. When you open one of those emails or click a link in it, our server records the time, which email it was, your IP address and your browser type. We use this to see whether our emails arrive and which links people find useful.
- When you visit this website: we do not run analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts on this site. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the booking page loads Cal.com, so those services see your IP address when a page loads.
How we use it
We use personal information to reply to you, arrange and hold calls, deliver work for our clients, and understand whether our outreach is useful. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run parts of our business: Netlify (website hosting and email tracking records), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (bookings) and the service we use to send email. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@thesis.marketing and we will respond within 30 days.
- If you would rather not receive emails from us, reply to any of them and say so, and we will stop.
- To stop open tracking, turn off automatic image loading in your email app.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
